Shopify or WooCommerce — which is better?
For most growing businesses we recommend Shopify. It is fast, secure and fully hosted, so there are no plugins to break or servers to babysit, and its checkout is one of the best-converting available. WooCommerce can suit content-heavy WordPress sites, but Shopify usually wins on reliability and ease.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes. We regularly move stores onto Shopify from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and older platforms. We migrate products, customers, orders and content, set up redirects to protect your SEO, and rebuild the design so the new store looks and performs better.
What does Shopify cost each month?
Shopify plans start at around £25 per month, paid directly to Shopify, which covers hosting, security and the platform itself. That is separate from our one-off build fee. We help you pick the right plan and can manage it for you within a care plan.
Will my products be found on Google?
Yes. We build every store with e-commerce SEO baked in: clean URLs, structured data, fast pages and well-written collection and product copy. Combined with our ongoing SEO work, that helps your products rank for the terms shoppers are actually searching.
Can I update products and prices myself?
Of course. Shopify has a friendly admin, and we train you to add products, change prices, run discounts and manage orders with confidence. If you would rather hand it over, our care plans include content edits and store management.
