How our pricing works
Every quote we give is fixed and agreed up front. We scope your project properly before we start, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no hourly billing, no creeping extras and no surprise invoices at the end. If the scope genuinely changes, we agree any difference with you in advance.
The packages above are starting points, not straitjackets. Most projects are tailored: a Starter site with a few extra pages, a Growth build with deeper SEO, or an e-commerce store sized to your catalogue. Why is your pricing fixed instead of hourly?
We quote one fixed price for the whole project, agreed before any work starts, so you can budget with confidence and never get a surprise invoice. If the scope changes significantly, we agree any adjustment with you in advance, in writing.
What is included in the price?
Every build includes design, hand-coded development, mobile optimisation, on-page SEO and a support window after launch. Larger packages add things like a blog or CMS, analytics, structured data and deeper SEO. We list exactly what is included before you commit.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We take a deposit to book your project in and schedule the work, with the balance due on completion before the site goes live. For larger builds we are happy to discuss staged payments so the timing works for your cash flow.
Are there any ongoing costs?
The build itself is a one-off fee. The only recurring costs are your domain and, if you choose, hosting and a care plan to keep the site fast and secure. Shopify stores also pay Shopify a monthly platform fee. We set all of this out clearly up front.
What if I need more than the packages offer?
That is completely normal, and the packages are only starting points. Most projects are tailored to fit. Tell us your goals and we will build a fixed quote around exactly what you need, whether that is extra pages, deeper SEO or a larger store.
