What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor uptime around the clock, so we usually know before you do. If your site goes down, we investigate immediately, restore from a recent backup if needed, and get you back online fast. Higher-tier plans include priority response and same-day attention.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We regularly adopt sites built by other agencies or freelancers. We start with a health check covering security, speed, backups and updates, fix anything urgent, then keep it running smoothly under a care plan, whatever platform it is built on.
What is the difference between care and hosting?
Hosting is where your website lives: the server, security and backups that keep it online. Care is the ongoing work of maintaining and improving it: updates, monitoring, edits and reporting. You can take either on its own, or bundle both for one simple bill.
Do I have to be on a care plan?
No, it is entirely optional. Every build includes a support window to get you started. A care plan simply picks up when that ends, so your site stays fast, secure and current instead of slowly drifting. You can start, pause or cancel as your needs change.
Can you host a Shopify store?
Shopify includes its own hosting as part of your Shopify plan, so there is nothing separate to buy. What we do is manage that store for you within a care plan, handling updates, tweaks, apps and improvements so it keeps selling.
